Reginald Pillay

Group Chief Executive

A trusted business advisor and structuring specialist with over two and a half decades of knowledge and expertise in multiple areas of corporate finance and governance. Renowned and respected for resolving complex business matters and facilitating relationships with stakeholders. Chairman, Trustee, Non-Executive Board Member and Advisor to various organisations and business leaders.

Education:
Advanced Diploma in Financial Management and Diploma in Business Science, Registered Tax Practitioner with the South African Revenue Service, a member of the South African Institute of Tax Professionals and the International Tax Directors Forum and registered with the Institute of Directors.

Keith Barrett

Technologies Executive

An accounting and technology specialist and problem solver with over two and a half decades of experience in accounting, financial management and accounting software support. Provides solutions within the framework of accepted international standards by applying innovative thinking, technical know-how and insightful analytics Using the latest financial tools and technology to add value. Focused on partnering with clients to enhance profitability through financial scenario modelling, cost and systems analysis, and financial reporting.

OUR HISTORY

Ariston Financial Services was founded in January by Reginald Pillay in Durban.

A strategic collaboration with Suran Moodley resulted in Ariston Financial Services being rebranded as Ariston Global.

In November Ariston won the NSBC – National Small Business Champion of the year.

Launch of the London Office.

Launch of Ariston Capital and Ariston Grow.

Launch of Ariston Technologies.

Reginald Pillay was nominated for, and an honorary winner in the Business Support Category at the Forty Under 40 Africa Awards.
